This Refund Policy outlines the comprehensive procedures for product returns, refunds, and cancellations. We kindly ask you to review and understand this policy before making any purchases or utilizing our services.

Please note that the window to raise a return request is open till 48 hours after the order has been delivered. The items are eligible for return under the following circumstances.

  • Product(s) delivered do not match the order:

This would include items that are different from what the customer ordered.

  • Products(s) were delivered in damaged/non-working condition
  • Product(s) are returned in original packaging i.e. with labels, barcode, price tags, original serial no. etc.
  • Batch number of the product(s) being returned matches with the one(s) mentioned in the invoice.
  • Product(s)/medicine(s)/bottles are unused. Opened medicine strip(s)/bottle(s) are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

  • Akumentis will diligently verify the authenticity and nature of each return request. Upon confirming the validity of the request, we will initiate the return process.
  1. If you receive a damaged product, we advise you not to accept the delivery. In case you discover the damage after opening the package, you can still return it for a refund. If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will promptly process a refund for you.
  2. Should you encounter any discrepancies or issues with your order, our dedicated customer care team is readily available to assist you. You can raise a Return request with our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Timelines

  1. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame of 30 days from the date of the reverse pick-up (if applicable).
  2. For orders placed through online wallets, the refund amount will be credited back to your wallet.
  • If you made an order through the cash on delivery option, the refund will be transferred to your bank account. There will be no cash refund. You will need to update the following information to enable us to process a refund to your account.
  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holder’s Name

Important: Akumentis will not be liable for any delay caused in refunds due to delay by third party affiliates (including banks), in providing information by the customer, technical issues and other reasons beyond its control.

  1.  Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

  1. You have the liberty to cancel product orders until Akumentis ships them out for delivery. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  2. Similarly, for medical test orders, you may cancel until the sample collection process begins.

Akumentis Cancellation:

  1. In specific cases, there might be instances where Akumentis is unable to fulfill certain orders, leading to their cancellation. Such scenarios could arise due to factors like unavailability of products or inaccuracies in pricing information provided by our partners.
  2. Akumentis retains the right to cancel orders categorized as ‘Bulk Orders’ based on predetermined criteria. These criteria include orders not intended for personal consumption but for commercial resale, multiple orders for identical products and addresses, large quantities, invalid addresses, or evidence of malpractice.

It’s important to note that no cancellation charges will be applied for orders canceled in accordance with the terms stated in this policy.
